Born on November 25 1968 Jillian Noel Shennessy is a active Canadian actor and a singer who is renowned for her notable contribution in American television. She's been recognized for her stellar performance on the American television show Law & Order in which she captivated the audience for three seasons, playing the prosecution officer Claire Kincaid, and Crossing Jordan over a period of six years, where she starred as the lead character Jordan Cavanaugh. Hennessy did not forget to show off her talents in films like RoboCop 3 Most Wanted, Chutney Popcorn, and The Acting Class. She also wrote and directed these films. Hennessy got her start in acting by co-starring with her sister by playing twin call-girls on the show Dead Ringers. In 1990, she played in a short stint on Broadway as Buddy: The Buddy Holly Story. Then, she moved into sci-fi and played the role of Dr. Marie Lazarus (RoboCop 3) in 1993. Later that same year she was promoted to assistant district attorney Claire Kincaid in the hit NBC Crime Drama Law & Order. In that role, she was awe-inspiring to audiences for three seasons up to 1996. The actress was awarded the Golden Globe Award and Emmy Award for her role in these television series. Parker has also been the recipient for the award in 2001.
