Morgan Fairchild (born Patsy Ann McClenny February 3 1950) is an American actress from America. The actress gained fame in the late 1970s and early 1980s with continuing roles in various television shows, that she often portrayed the image of a glamourous woman. Fairchild was first noticed in The CBS morning soap Search for Tomorrow as Jennifer Pace from 1973 to 1977. She played Jenna Wade in 1978, the first actress to play Jenna Wade was able to do so. In the year 1980, she played the lead in Flamingo Road (NBC), in which she was awarded the Golden Globe Award nomination for the Best Actress - Television Series Drama. In 1984 she co-starred on ABC's show of the same name, which ran for a short time. Paper Dolls and then appeared as a character in Falcon Crest as attorney Jordan Roberts between 1985 and the year 1986. Fairchild is also a performer in the theatre, and has appeared in television comedies like Murphy Brown, for which she earned an Primetime Emmy Award nomination for Outstanding Guest Actor in Comedy Series.
